All our hampers and gifts are custom-made and personalized as per your order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the order has been confirmed.

Damages or Issues
We take utmost care in packaging and delivering our hampers. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will review it on a case-by-case basis to find the best resolution.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production/curation has started. If you wish to cancel, please reach out immediately, and we will confirm if cancellation is possible.
